Kirana billing on a laptop

Samaan Bol is a voice billing app for Indian kirana stores. Speak a sale on your phone, review the items, choose cash, UPI or udhaar, and share the bill. Stock updates with the completed sale. You can also use the same shop in a browser.

How a sale works on the laptop

1. Open the shop in the browser and sign in with the same account as the phone.
2. Search the item or scan the barcode, then set the quantity.
3. Add the customer when the sale is udhaar, or when you want their name on the bill.
4. Charge cash, show the UPI QR, or record udhaar.
5. Share the bill on WhatsApp or print it. Stock moves with that bill.

Can I use voice billing on a laptop?

Use the same shop in your browser to search or scan products, check quantities and prices, and complete the bill. For voice billing, use the phone app and review the recognized items before checkout. Phone and browser sales belong to the same shop.
